CUSTOM-PRINTED APPAREL
Because every PoketLore item is printed to order, we don't accept returns or exchanges for size, fit, or change of mind. Please use the size chart on each product page before ordering.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order arrives with a print defect, manufacturing flaw, or shipping damage, contact us at contact@poketlore.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll send a free replacement at no extra cost.

WRONG ITEM RECEIVED
If you received the wrong design or size due to our error, we'll cover return shipping and send the correct item.

LOST PACKAGES
Contact us within 30 days of your order date if your package never arrived. We'll work with the carrier and replace lost orders.
