Every PoketLore order is print-on-demand and made-to-order.

PRODUCTION TIME
2 to 5 business days from when your order is placed.

SHIPPING TIMES (after production)
- United States: 3-7 business days
- Canada: 5-10 business days
- International: 7-14 business days

TRACKING
You'll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your order hasn't arrived after the expected window, contact us at contact@poketlore.com with your order number. We'll work with the carrier and send a replacement if confirmed lost.

ADDRESS ERRORS
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses can be re-sent at the customer's expense.
